Fisher's Hill Public access with signs and interpretive trail, no visitor Center, PRIVATE ownership of 11-20 owners, about 195 acres protected by Association for the Preservation of Civil War Sites and CONSERVATION FUND EASEMENT

Front Royal No public access, state historic markers have been moved, private ownership of more than 30 owners, no acres protected

1st Kernstown No public access, OVERLOOK SIGNS, PRIVATE ownership of 6-10 major landowners, 170 acres protected by GLEN BURNIE TRUST.

2nd Kernstown No public access, OVERLOOK SIGNS, PRIVATE ownership of 6-10 landowners, no core acres protected.

McDowell Public access, UNMARKED but interpretation planned (1995), No Visitor Center, 6-10 private landowners, 200 core acres protected by Association for the Preservation of Civil War Sites.

New Market Public access and full interpretation with visitor Center, 11-20 PRIVATE owners, 280 acres protected by VMI NEW MARKET BATTLEFIELD PARK

Opequon NO Public Access, PUBLISHED DRIVING TOUR, 6-10 PRIVATE owners, 7 acres protected at STAR FORT by a local REENACTMENT GROUP

Piedmont NO public access, 21-30 PRIVATE owners, 1,400 acres placed in COUNTY AGRICULTURAL PRESERVATION DISTRICT for 7 YRS.

Port Republic Limited public access, No Visitor Center, 6-10 private owners, 8 acres protected by Association for the Preservation of Civil War Sites

Tom's Brook Partial public access, more than 30 private owners, 21 acres in COUNTY RECREATIONAL PARK not interpreted, about 30 acres protected by the Association for the Preservation of Civil War Sites.

1st Winchester NO public access, PUBLISHED DRIVING TOUR, with roadside signage, 6-10 PRIVATE owners of small parcels that retain integrity, no acres protected.

2nd Winchester NO public access, PUBLISHED DRIVING TOUR, with roadside signage, 11-20 PRIVATE owners of parcels that retain integrity, 7 acres at STAR FORT protected by a local REENACTMENT GROUP
