Business Cards

NPS employees are permitted to acquire business cards with appropriated funds by either purchasing them from the Seattle Lighthouse for the Blind, or by printing them in-house using a Government-owned computer, software program, and color printer.

Whether you purchase business cards with appropriated funds or print your business cards in-house, business cards must adhere to approved NPS design standards.

The four-color business card template is provided for those who wish to print their own business cards using a Government-owned computer, software program, and color printer. The only authorized modification of this template is to insert your personal information.

This card cannot be printed internally because consistent alignment of the card (which prints to the very edge of the paper) cannot be ensured using perforated business card stock.

We recommend you print out your business cards using ivory colored letter-sized perforated business card stock designed specifically for color laser or ink jet printers.
