Step One – Contact Harpers Ferry Center

Harpers Ferry Center will provide assistance with media development strategies and cost estimates. Call or email us to learn more about funding a wayside exhibit project, to obtain wayside exhibit cost estimates, to get answers to your wayside exhibit questions, or for HFC assistance in developing and producing wayside exhibits. Step Two – Secure the Funding

Based on the work plan and cost estimate, identify the funding source and secure the funds needed to accomplish the project. Wayside Exhibit Cost-Estimating »

Step Three – Approve the Project Agreement

Harpers Ferry Center will draft a Project Agreement based on your work request. A Project Agreement identifies background and objectives, a work plan, the roles and responsibilities of each team member including the park staff, an outline of the project schedule, and the project budget. The draft Project Agreement will be provided for your review and approval.

Step Four – Execute the Project Agreement
