The Office of the Registrar is the custodial office responsible for the historic, artistic, and reproduction artifacts while at Harpers Ferry Center.

A storage facility is maintained for the protection of the artifacts. The Registrar’s Office also provides technical assistance to the parks on object shipping, storage, supplies, and procedures relating to issues of collection management.
