Arlington Memorial Bridge and Memorial Circle will be closed for the Rolling Thunder XXV First Amendment Demonstration Run. Please be flexible to increased traffic and potential closures in the area all weekend.

Air Travel There are three major airports are located within 50 miles of the George Washington Memorial Parkway. The Reagan National Airport is located directly off of the Parkway, immediately north of Old Town Alexandria. The Parkway is also accessible by Baltimore Washington International (BWI) Airport to the north and Dulles International Airport to the west.Public Transportation Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority provides local bus and rail (METRO) service to several points on the George Washington Memorial Parkway. Additional information on METRO routes, timetables, etc. are available at this website.Taxi cab, limosine, and private transportation companies also provide services in the Washington, DC area.
