Trail Days are open to all visitors and feature information and maps from the Mount Vernon Trail and other parks in the area, bike bells, stickers and other giveaways, and water. These events are also for rangers to talk to visitors about safety on the trail and receive feedback from trail users.

Mount Vernon Trail (MVT) stickers were one of the giveaways at Trail Days for summer 2009. Other giveaways included slap bracelets, and trail pledges to help people of all ages learn or be reminded about safety on the trail.
