Junior Rangers

Becoming a Junior Ranger is a fun way to learn about your National Parks. Junior Rangers help take care of the parks and teach their families and friends what they have learned. You can earn your own George Washington Memorial Parkway Junior Ranger badge by completing the activity booklet.

The Parkway sites listed below also have Junior Ranger activities or summer camps that you can participate in.

Arlington House

Clara Barton National Historic Site

Fort Hunt Park

Glen Echo Park

Great Falls Park

Are you and your family planning a trip to other National Parks? Do you want to explore more of your National Parks online? Many National Parks offer Junior Ranger programs both in the park and on the Internet. Visit WebRangers for more information on web-based programs. For a complete listing of all National Parks offering Junior Ranger programs in the park itself, visit the Ranger Zone.
