Partial park closures from flood damage.
Most trails and roads in the park have reopened. Current closures include the Frijole Foothills Loop, McKittrick Ridge, the northern El Capitan Trail section leading to Williams Ranch, and the Salt Basin Dunes Road. Call 915-828-3251 for info.

How to Apply
During 2014, artists should focus on the park's wilderness areas, as it is the 50th Anniversary of the Wilderness Act. Another area of focus can be the National Park Service Centennial which will be celebrated through 2016.
