The Great Basin Teachers Workshop
Every summer, a one-week workshop is offered by the National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management, and US Forest Service in and around Great Basin National Park and White Pine County, Nevada. The workshops rotate through a three-year cycle, focusing on the physical environment, the biological environment, and the cultural resources of the area. Participants can earn Nevada or Utah continuing education credits or university credit through Utah State University.
