Birding on Governors Island

Join VIP (volunteer in park) Annie Barry on this 1.5 hour birding expedition amongst the historic homes on Governors Island and provide the National Park Service with valuable information regarding the feathered residents on the island.

Annie shares her love of birding with our park visitors through her special birding tours and her "Birding Journals" which you can read on-line at http://www.nps.gov/gois/naturescience/birds.htm

Please meet Annie and your fellow birders at the top of the hill at Soisson`s Dock on Governors Island. A limited supply of binoculars will be available to borrow, but if you have your own, please bring them.
