Free parking is available at the Manzanita Park and Ride and at the Pohono Street lot in Mill Valley, CA.

There is an accessible restroom located adjacent to the park entrance. This restroom is located within 50ft of the accessible parking stalls.

There are also accessible restrooms located right outside the Gift Shop and Cafe. These restrooms are accessible from the main path at the Muir Woods entrance.

There is a fully accessible boardwalk leading to the main trail that contains wheelchair accessible waysides.

These waysides however, do not offer audio description or Braille at this time.

A large portion of the trails are usable to most visitors.

 As you come in on the raised boardwalk you will encounter bridge 1 on your left; on the other side of bridge 1 is the beginning of the trail. This trail is usable.

The raised boardwalk provides visitors with a fully accessible route to the Gift shop and Cafe. Both of these facilities are fully accessible.

Although the bridges are accessible, if you proceed past them onto the loop trail you could experience uneven terrain caused by wear and roots under the asphalt. These trails are usable. Please be cautious as you proceed.

The Gift Shop and Cafe are fully accessible when you follow the raised boardwalk up the ramps. Look for directional signage.

 The entrance to the Gift Shop and Cafe has an automatic door opener.
