Curriculum Materials
Thank you for your interest in teaching with Golden Gate National Parks.

These Teacher Guides help educators prepare students for their park visit. The guides are linked to a curriculum-based education program that is either ranger-led or self-guided. They contain school-based introductory lessons, an outline of the national park field session, and suggestions for post-visit projects that allow students to share what they learned during the program.

Did You Know?
After incubation lasting four weeks, a gull chick breaks out of its egg without assistance from its parents. At hatching, the chick is fully covered with down and is soon able to open its eyes and stand up to walk about the nest.
