The Draft Dog Management Plan/Environmental Impact Statement (Draft Plan/EIS) was open for public review and comment from January 14 to May 30, 2011. To find comments submitted by a specific individual, click here for a list of Correspondence ID numbers with submitters' names ; note that some individuals have opted to keep their name and/or address private. Search the public comment file for that Correspondence number. Comment 304 attachment Can I Still View the Draft Plan/EIS? Although no longer available for public comment, the Draft Plan/EIS is available at the PEPC website below, broken into sections for easier download. Go to: http://parkplanning.nps.gov/dogplan and click on the Documents link on the left side of the page. That will take you to a list of documents that includes the Draft Plan/EIS.
