Fire Restrictions Lifted in Glen Canyon Aug 2014
Page, Arizona–Due to recent monsoon precipitation, extended fire restrictions will be lifted on August 29, 2014 in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area and Rainbow Bridge National Monument. Superintendent Todd Brindle reminds us that, "while the extended fire restrictions are no longer in place, safely monitoring and managing any fires during your enjoyment of park resources is crucial." The following actions are always prohibited in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area and Rainbow Bridge National Monument:
