Concession Services Available at Park

While the Reynolds Creek Fire has impacted some park concession services in the fire area, most services are available and unaffected by the fire. Concessioners provide a variety of services for park visitors. Please contact concession companies directly for questions related to services or reservations.

Glacier Guides provides guided day hiking and backpacking trips within the park, and have rerouted some of their itineraries due to the fire. Most of their guided hiking trips remain unaffected. Call 406-387-5555 or visit www.glacierguides.com for more information.

Services from Glacier National Park Lodges have been affected at Rising Sun. The Rising Sun Motor Inn & Cabins and the Two Dog Flats Grill are currently closed due to the Reynolds Creek Fire. Red bus tours are operating across the park. Tours that access the east side of the Going-to-the-Sun Road have been rerouted. Glacier National Park Lodges also provides services at Apgar, Lake McDonald, Many Glacier, and Two Medicine. The Glacier Park Boat Company provides boat tours and boat rentals at Lake McDonald, Many Glacier, and Two Medicine. Boat rentals are also available at Apgar. Boat tour operations at Rising Sun are temporarily closed due to the fire, but will reopen when access is allowed. Call 406-257-2426 or visit www.glacierparkboats.com for further information.

Sperry and Granite Park Chalets remain open and unaffected by the fire. Currently visitors can only access Sperry Chalet from the Sperry Trail near Lake McDonald Lodge. Interpretive bus tours offered by Sun Tours are operating throughout Glacier National Park, providing a Blackfeet perspective of the park.
