Exercise 4: Health Assessment of Maritime Spruce-Fir Forest Populations
A fire ecologist study involves the health of the vegetation populations. Most vegetation maps show existing stands but do not indicate which species are present. Using the centroid of each stand, the fire ecologist must navigate to the plot and complete the health assessment.Exercise Objectives:
