Temporary Road Closures - June 30 and July 3

Taneytown Road and Hunt Avenue: On June 30 from 5 p.m. until 11 p.m., the National Park Service will temporarily close Taneytown Road for a special event, the "Gettysburg: A New Birth of Freedom" commemorative ceremony.  The road closure will be from the Museum and Visitor Center Entrance Road north to the Steinwehr Avenue intersection.Road.  Hunt Avenue will also be closed during this time. 

West Confederate Avenue:  On July 3 West Confederate Avenue will be closed from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. for a special event, the Pickett's Charge Commemorative March.
