How do you plan a trip for your class to Gettysburg National Military Park? It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!

The field trip planner includes activities and exercies for your class before and during your visit to the park along with detailed descriptions of the Ranger-guided Student Programs we offer. The Planning Kit includes information on how to reserve a Licensed Battlefield Guide for your group and the process for reserving a visit to the film, Cyclorama program, museum exhibits. There is also information about activities offered by commercial businesses and museums in Gettysburg that welcome groups. A number of them offer discounts to school groups, too!

Second, submit your reservation requests via the Reservations Forms on the Teacher's Page. Remember that requests for student programs in the fall and spring fill up fast so plan your trip early!

Even if our Student Education Programs are filled, you can still bring your group to Gettysburg to visit the museum and hire a Licensed Battlefield Guide for a park tour. Once you download "The Best Field Trip Ever!" Planning Kit and understand your options, submit your reservation through the Gettysburg Foundation web site.
