Where is the Memorial?
The memorial is located on the south side of the Tidal Basin between the Thomas Jefferson and FDR Memorials. Go to the page to download a map to help find your way around.
What is the cost for visiting?
There is no cost associated with visiting any of the Memorials with National Mall & Memorial Parks.

Did You Know?
The A.T. is marked with two inch by six inch vertical white paint blazes. A double blaze, one above the other, is placed before turns, junctions, or other areas that require hikers to be alert. There are approximately 165,000 blazes along the Appalachian Trail.
