Join us for our kayak safety program at the Jamaica Bay Unit of Gateway NRA.

Kayakers learn about safe boating in free classes offered at the Jamaica Bay Unit of Gateway NRA.

What: Gateway Paddlers, Free Kayak Safety Program

Where: Floyd Bennett Field

When: First Wednesday of every month from 7 pm until 8:30 pm.

Who: Join experienced paddlers for a volunteer led free kayak safety program. Topics include paddling safety, as well as trip planning and scheduling. All skill levels are welcome for open discussions on kayaking and water safety.
