Fall hours of operation for all public buildings of the park go into effect on Tuesday, September 8 -- the day after Labor Day holiday. Fall hours will continue through Monday, October 26, after which reduced winter-hours take effect.
* Fredericksburg Battlefield Visitor Center: Weekdays 9-5, weekends 9-6, with weekend Sunken Road walking tours at 11:25, 1:25, 2:25, and 3:25
* Chancellorsville Battlefield Visitor Center: Weekdays 9-5, weekends 9-6, with weekend Jackson Wounding walking tours at 11:25, 1:25, 2:25, and 3:25
* "Stonewall" Jackson Shrine: Daily 9-5
* Chatham Manor: Daily 9-4:30
* Wilderness Exhibit Shelter (on Rt. 20) Historian on duty weekends and the Columbus Day holiday 10:30-12:15 and 1:45-5:15, with walking tours at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
* Spotsylvania Exhibit Shelter (off Rt. 613) Historian on duty most weekends 10-6, with walking tours at the Bloody Angle at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. on those weekends when the shelter is staffed (check at one of the park's visitor centers for more information)
* Ellwood Manor (Wilderness Battlefield): Weekends and the Columbus Day holiday, 11-5
