Permit Application Forms

To facilitate your interest in using the park for a special event activity, we have attached our permit application forms below. Please select an application form based on the nature of the activity you are interested in holding in the park.

Since the $100 application fee is non-refundable, please be sure to review the general guidelines, the overview of how permits are managed, and the permit application process before submitting your application.

Please submit your completed application form, along with a $100 check made payable to "National Park Service" and any supplemental information, to the Chief Ranger's Office at 612 E. Reserve Street in Vancouver, WA, 98661.

You will be contacted as your application is reviewed, and you will be notified of any additional costs associated with your proposed activity.

Please Note: The basic cost for a wedding permit is $200. This includes the application fee and associated cost recovery.

For routine use of the Picnic Shelter or Bandstand, please download the site bulletin and the application form below:
