Reserving an Education Program

Schedule your school field trip.

Ranger guided and Teacher self-guided fort visits are available. To reserve an Education tour, follow the steps listed.

STEP 1: Check Availability Calendar for tour dates. Tours can accommodate up to 105 students and divided into 3 groups. Groups tour simultaneously. Dates that are partially filled will indicate the number of "Open" reservations available.

STEP 2: Submit a Reservation Request:

*List 3 date choices to ensure a reservation is booked.

STEP 3: Submit an Academic Fee Waiver
All persons 15 years of age and under are free. A Fee Waiver is required for accompanying adults and children 16 and over. The entrance fee for the Reconstructed for is $3.00. No admission at Pearson Air Museum.
Chaperon to student ratio:
  • 1 to 5: Elementary School
  • 1 to 8: Middle School
  • 1 to 12: High School
  • 1 to 20: College Students

*If your class requires additional chaperons, please provide an explanation with your fee waiver.
