Application Process

Candidate applications may be sent any time throughout the year. Completed packets of application, student request letter, and letters of recommendation should be delivered in one complete packet. Please, applications sent via fax or e-mail will not be accepted.

  • October 1st - Completed candidate applications must be submitted by this date.
  • October / November - Training for Adult Aides begins. The Student's Invitation packet includes an invitation for adults from the candidate's family to participate as an Aide, which is based on needs of the program and an interview.
  • November - Invitation package sent to accepted candidates.
