December 20, 1878:

John Postoak (Creek)and James Diggs were hanged on the gallows at Fort Smith. Learn more about their crimes, convictions, and executions 
in a special  interpretive program given by a Park Ranger at 11am and 2pm.

Program is free and begins in the visitor center lobby.
