Your interest in supporting Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine is deeply appreciated. The park is able to accept direct donations. If you are interested in donating, you may contact the park at 410-962-4290 or you may make a contribution in the donation box located in the visitor center. Please make checks out to the National Park Service. For security and other reasons, you cannot make on-line contributions directly to the park, or the National Park Service.

Did You Know?

The Wonderful Human Flag

On September 12, 1914, the 100th anniversary of the British attack against Fort McHenry, 6500 local school children cloaked in red, white and blue, formed a giant replica of the Flag, which was appropriately named, “The Wonderful Human Flag.”
