Lost and Found
 

The U.S. Park Police maintain a lost and found trailer near Survey Lodge, on the south side of the Washington Monument Grounds along Independence Avenue, SW. 

To Report a Lost Person:

Contact a uniformed U.S. Park Police Officer, National Park Service Ranger, or Medical Staff member at the Medical Tents throughout the National Mall. All lost persons will be taken to the U.S. Park Police lost and found trailer.

Park Police officers will be located throughout the National Mall. Park Rangers will be located at the World War II Memorial (until 4:00 p.m.), Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Korean War Veterans Memorial, Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial, Thomas Jefferson Memorial, and First Aid tents.

To Retrieve Lost Persons or Property:

Visit the U.S. Park Police lost and found trailer located on the south side of the Washington Monument Grounds along Independence Avenue, SW. After July 4, you may call the U.S. Park Police lost and found number at (202) 426-6849 to retrieve lost property.
