While in the park keep and store valuables out of view and lock your vehicles.Watch your step in our historic fortifications, many surfaces are uneven. Remain on the ground level, please do not climb on the walls.
While walking on the trails, watch your step for roots and other tripping hazards. Be sure to wear appropriate footwear and dress for the weather conditions.
Do not feed or touch wildlife. If you encounter wildlife acting aggressively or erratically, keep your distance and contact ranger staff at (301) 763-4600 immediately.
