Dover, Tennessee—The Eastern National Bookstore will host author Tom McKenney for a book signing at the Fort Donelson National Battlefield on Saturday, August 29, 2009 from 1 pm – 4 pm.  Mr. McKenney will be signing his new best-selling book, Jack Hinson’s One-Man War.

Mr. McKenney served proudly as an infantry officer and paratrooper in the U.S. Marine Corps, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel.  He is an accomplished writer, speaker, and student of military history.  Mr. McKenney lives in Ocean Springs, Mississippi with his family.

The event is free and the public is welcomed.  For more information about the book signing, contact Eastern National Bookstore Manger Robin Oliver at 931-232-5706 x 107.  The Bookstore is a cooperating association with the National Park Service and provides interpretive materials and books for visitors and schools.
