Functional Branches
The NPS Wildland Fire Program receives support in the areas of Administration, Communication and Education, and Information Technology through the three functional branches of the Division of Fire and Aviation.
Communication and Education
The Branch of Communication and Education facilitates strategic communications about the NPS wildland fire, structural fire and aviation programs. Core to its mission, the branch presents an interdisciplinary program which enhances the knowledge and understanding of NPS Fire and Aviation.
