The WebTerm power plugin is software that was purchased by the US Federal Government. It is licensed software and can ony be installed on a limited number of govenment PCs. The Department of the Interior has purchased a number of licenses for the Federal Wildland Fire Community. You MUST be registered with the DOI Site Licensee for each PC on which WebTerm is installed.
