Night Sky Celebration / Star Party
Lacking light pollution, Carlsbad Caverns National Park is a perfect place for viewing the wonders of the night sky. Telescopes, stories, night hikes, and other special programs begin at dusk, immediately after the Bat Flight Program. These activities will take place in the East parking lot, with parking restricted to the West parking lot. The visitor center and cave will not be open.
