    Guided Walking Tours Martin Luther King Jr. Street

    Guided ranger tours will begin at First Baptist Church at 709 Martin Luther King, Jr. Street in Selma. Martin Luther King, Jr. Street, previously Sylvan Street in 1965, was the center of activity for the Selma Voting's Rights Movement of 1965. Learn about the people and resources of the area that contributed to the success of the Voting Right's Movement.  (Requests for walking tours on days other than Fridays may be made by calling the Selma Interpretive Center at 334-872-0509; subject to ranger availability).
