Experience the lifestyle of the subsistence years in the Virgin Islands.  See how bread was baked with a dutch oven. Baker Olivia will offer a taste of "dumb bread" and a sip of local flavor.  The Gardener Charles will give a tour of the garden and offer recipes for healing plants. Monday thru Friday VIP (volunteers in parks) docents may be on site to offer more in depth information about the Annaberg Sugar Mill  ruins.
