    Festival of Christmas Past

    Festival of Christmas Past is an annual celebration of the culture of the Smoky Mountains, with an emphasis on the Christmas season. Join us this year for traditional harp singing, stories of old-time Christmas, old-time toys and games, spinning, apple cider pressing, string games, applehead dolls, mountain music, and to make your own Christmas ornament and wreath.

    The day's music and storytelling events:

    • 9:30 am- Old-fashioned Harp Singing
    • 11:00 am- Boogertown Gap Band
    • 11:00 am- Smoky Mountain Memories Walk
    • 12:00 pm- Stories from the Past Panel
    • 1:00 pm- Sparky and Rhonda Rucker
    • 2:00 pm- South of the River Boys
    • 2:00 pm- Smoky Mountains Memory Walk
    • 3:00 pm- Lost Mill String Band
