Bill Arnold is the Joseph T. and Rose S. Ling Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Minnesota. He is on the graduate faculty of the Water Resources Science Program, a Resident Fellow of the Institute on the Environment, and an Associate Fellow the University of Minnesota Supercomputing Institute.
