Family day at the Douglas Center
Join a ranger for an Open House every Saturday afternoon at Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore's Douglas Center. Explore the center from 1p.m. - 3 p.m. and check out interactive exhibits, a video, and even a live animal room. You can also explore the Miller Woods Trail just outside the center.
The Paul H. Douglas Center for Environmental Education is located on north Lake Street in Miller, one mile north of U.S. Highway 12. For more information on this or other programs at Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, call 219-395-1882
