    National Junior Ranger Day

    Celebrate National Parks, Junior Rangers, and the 100th Year of the National Park Service!

    Join us for old and new activities.

    • Hike and explore the forest with park rangers.
    • Learn more about planning a family hiking trip.
    • Create a craft project to take home.
    • Play fun games with park rangers.
    • Examine the microscopic world of plants and insects.
    • Go on a scavenger hunt.
    • Meet with the Back Country Horsemen and learn how to safely share the trails with pack stock.
    • Earn a National Junior Ranger day award.

    Children of all ages welcome with an adult. Stop by any time during the event.
