      <description>The National Park Service (NPS) is soliciting public comments on a proposal to improve three miles of the California Coastal Trail within the Presidio of San Francisco. 
Since 2003, the Presidio Trails and Bikeways Master Plan has been guiding ongoing efforts to develop a network of trails and bikeways within the Presidio. In 2008, the NPS, working with the Presidio Trust and the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy (Conservancy), began concentrating on implementing the improvements approved in the Master Plan for the Presidio Coastal Trail.</description>
