  • In the 1930s, Yosemite National Park had four different boundary changes, including the addition of lands in the Wawona Basin.
  • In 1934, water began flowing from Hetch Hetchy Reservoir to the City of San Francisco.
  • In 1935, the Ski Lodge at Badger Pass was constructed, and downhill skiing in the park became popular. Badger Pass was dedicated on January 5th, 1936.
