El Morro National Monument graciously accepts monetary donations to support the park. Donations made directly to the park support visitor services, interpretation, safety, and resource management.
Donations by check or money order made payable to the National Park Service may be sent to:

Donation boxes are available at the El Morro Visitor Center.
Donations supporting El Malpais and other park sites may also be made to the following organizations:
- National Park Foundation: Chartered by Congress, the National Park Foundation raises private funds to help protect more than 85 million acres in parks through critical conservation and preservation efforts. Donating to the National Park Foundation helps support El Malpais National Monument and other national parks.
- The Fund For People In Parks: The Fund for People in Parks was established in 2014 to provide financial assistance and professional services to complete inspirational projects that enhance the visitor experience in western National Parks. The Fund works closely with park staff to bring private philanthropic support to projects that might not otherwise be funded.
