Location: classroom; reviewed on the bus prior to entering Visitor's Center
Objective: The student will be able to identify appropriate and inappropriate behaviors for this field trip.
Materials: "What's Right, What's Wrong" activity sheet
pencil or crayons
Vocabulary: behavior rules safety respect
Procedure:
  1. Discuss with the children the upcoming field trip to Effigy Mounds National Monument. Be sure to include appropriate behaviors and rules for the trip.
  2. Complete and discuss the worksheet "What's Right, What's Wrong" with the children.
