Visitor Center: EXTENDED SEASON OPEN weekends through Sun., Oct. 27.
Boardwalk Trail: The Falls and the boardwalk trail are open during daylight hours.
Access roads:
Johnny B. Road and the access road to Dingmans Falls remain open until snow and ice cause closure in late fall or early winter. (Due to limited sunlight in the ravine, this may be earlier than other park roads close for the winter.) . A section of Johnny B. Road is limited to one lane; BUSES AND RV'S ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Parking: The parking lot at Dingmans remains open until snow and ice cause closure of the access road in late fall or early winter.

Open: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., year-round, except federal holidays.

Park Headquarters is an administrative building with an information desk, displays, and services,. Passport cacellations are available, as as well as season Passes for this recreation area and Annual and active Military Passes for all the National Parks. The McDade Trail footbridge and two decks alongside the building provide views of the wildlife-rich pond at Headquarters.

The visitor center is currently CLOSED due to budget cuts stemming from sequestration.
The boat launch has been closed pending repairs from floods in 2004-2006.

The parking lot and canoe launch are OPEN.
