From Interstate 80 westbound, New York City, New Jersey
Take PA Exit 310. Stay to the far right at the toll booth. Follow signs to Route 611 South down the circular ramp. At the traffic light at the end of the ramp, continue straight across the intersection onto River Road. From this point it is 2.5 miles to the village of Shawnee-on-Delaware PA. Stay to the right in Shawnee and continue 6.7 miles farther on River Road to Park Headquarters on the right. This is a scenic ride, but hilly and winding; drivers who are not comfortable on small roads and those with large vehicles may wish to reach Headquarters using Route 209. (below)
From Interstate 80 eastbound from Harrisburg PA & PA Tpk.
Take PA Exit 310. At the traffic light at the end of the ramp, turn left onto River Road. From this point it is 2.5 miles to the village of Shawnee-on-Delaware PA. Stay to the right in Shawnee and continue 6.7 miles farther on River Road to Park Headquarters on the right. From Route 209 in Pennsylvania:
First, connect to PA Route 209.:
ϑ Route 209 is PA Exit 53 off Interstate 84 near Matamoras PA;
Route 209 will enter the park 5 miles farther south at Milford PA.
ϑ Route 209 is PA Exit 309 off Interstate 80 near East Stoudsburg PA; Route 209 will enter the park 12 miles farther north at Bushkill PA.
Then, from Route 209, turn east (left if southbound) onto River Road at the traffic light at Fernwood Resort in Bushkill PA. In 1.5 miles you will reach Park Headquarters on the right. Please signal your turn, and turn with caution.
