Group Campsites (Park operated)

Groups of five or more campers may reserve group campsites in either of the park's two group campsites: Valley View Group Campsites in Pennsylvania on Rt. 209 and just above Walpack Bend, or Rivers Bend Group Campsites in New Jersey on Old Mine Road north of Millbrook Village, right in Walpack Bend. Both sites are on the river, allowing for overnight canoe camping of an entire group together. Pets and alcohol are not permitted.

The cost for a group campsite permit is a flat rate of $30.00, per site, per night.

Please include the following information in your communication:
the name of your group (if an organized group)
the name and phone number of the person in charge
the number of campers
you choice of Rivers Bend Group Campsites NJ or Valley View Group Campsites PA
your desired dates for camping.

You will receive an application form and an envelope with a reservation number marked on it. Return the completed application, along with a money order or cashier's check payable to National Park Service.
