Season of Operation: Visitor Center
Late Spring: open weekends and some weekdays
Summer: open weekends and some weekdays
Fall: open weekends and some weekdays
Winter: closed. The road to the visitor center and falls is gated closed for the season when icy conditions set in, which can occur as early as November. Specific hours of operation for this year. 
Season of Operation: Boardwalk trail to the falls
Spring through Fall: open daily until 10:00 p.m. The road to the visitor center and falls is gated closed at 10:00 p.m.

Location

The visitor center and the falls are at the end of a 1-mile approach road off Johnny Bee Road, which intersects PA Rt. 209 near milepost 14, just south of the traffic light at PA Routes 209 & 739 in Dingmans Ferry PA.

Ranger-staffed information desk; park maps and brochures (also available on line); children's materials (also available on line); America the Beautiful passes for all the National Parks (also available on line); annual passes for this park; Eastern National bookstore; restrooms, water fountain, public phone. No food services; (nearby places to get food) No picnic facilites (the nearest picnic tables are at Childs Recreation Site PA).
Accessibility
There is a flat boardwalk trail to base of Dingmans Falls, and a steep staircase of 240 steps to the top of the falls. Persons with medical conditions should not climb the stairs. The parking area and the visitor center are fully accessible.
