Leasing Historic/Non-Historic Structures

The National Park Service is accepting bids through March 16, 2012, to lease the Dutch Reformed Church for single family residential use and the Phoenix Building for commercial use.

Interested individuals and organizations may submit proposals through May 1, 2012, to lease a hotel, restaurant, and nine-hole golf course in Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area.
