JUNIOR RANGER PROGRAMS

This park's junior ranger program can be used by school groups. For a quantity of Junior Naturalist Activity Sheets or Junior Park Ranger Activity Booklets, contact the park. The Appalachian Trail Adventure Guide for Teens can be downloaded from this website

Students can also become Webrangers with the National Park Service's on line junior ranger program.


Park Bookstore

The park's bookstores are operated by Eastern National. Eastern National has also published several works specifically on this park.

... that a century before this recreation area was formed, the Delaware Water Gap was touted as a Wonder of the World, and drew vacationers via rail lines from Philadelphia and New York City. There were trails to stroll, verandas for viewing the gap, and a steamboat for moonlight cruises.
