Scotty's Castle Area Services
Scotty's Castle is a day-use area only. No overnight lodging is available at the Castle. The nearest lodging facilities inside the park are at Stovepipe Wells and Furnace Creek. Beatty, Nevada has full services 60 miles from Scotty's Castle. Mesquite Spring Campground (no hookups), is located 5 miles south of the Castle. 

Pre-made sandwiches, bottled water, sodas, & snacks are available for purchace at the Scotty's Castle Visitor Center.

Castle Grounds & Picnic Areas
open 7:00 am to 6:00 pm (winter)
open 7:00 am to 5:30 pm (summer)  

Visitor Center & Natural History Association Bookstore
open 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (winter)
open 8:45 am to 4:30 pm (summer) 

Fuel is not available at Scotty's Castle.
The nearest gas stations are at Stovepipe Wells (45 miles south), Furnace Creek (53 miles south) and Beatty, Nevada (60 miles southeast.) 

Pay Phone
Available behind the ticket office building located on the grounds. A pay phone is also available at the Grapevine Ranger Station located 3 miles south of Scotty's Castle. There is no cell phone reception. 

Restrooms
Located next to the Scotty's Castle Visitor Center and available during hours of operation
