The Germantown White House (formerly Deshler Morris) is open Wed. - Sun., 12-4pm. Call 215-597-7130 for more information.

The site address is 5442 Germantown Avenue.

The Deshler-Morris House will be CLOSED Veterans' Day, Nov. 11th & Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 26th.

The Deshler-Morris House Passport Stamp is still available at the Independence Visitors Center, 6th & Market Streets.

Did You Know?
General Dwight D. Eisenhower would have been a sailor if born a year later. He applied to the Naval Academy in 1911, but did not meet the age requirements – he was too old. He was accepted to his second choice, the US Military Academy at West Point.
